Getting Started
About the Dashboard
The first thing which you already did was to bind your new license to your discord account. Now you should have access to our guides, the discord server and the bot itself. Secondly, you should update the billing settings in our dashboard and also add a VAT ID, if you have a registered business.
About your License
All licenses have a monthly billing circle of 45€ + your local VAT, the initial is 150€ + your local VAT which includes the first three months. You are allowed to sell your license three months after the initial fee or one month after last unbinding, further information are provided in #license. You can not rent or share your license.
About the Discord Server
After going through the dashboard, you can check our discord server and first read the #welcome channel. Now that you know our rules, we strongly advise to claim your personal region role. Most of the channels should be self-explaining, if you need support you can open a ticket in #support. Now you can introduce yourself in the chat and go through the rest of the channels.
About our Mangoats
We also have some people with a purple role, called Mangoats. This role grants you access to exclusive channels and exclusive modules which is only given to users who showed great overall success over months and were active in the chats. The Mangoats role is only possible to keep, if you have constant success otherwise it will be removed. You can always gain access back and we are checking success on a monthly base.
About the Bot
MangoAIO has one of the most simple user interfaces in the whole industry which works on Windows and MacOS. Updates are always pushed simultaneously across all supported operating systems. Our quicktasks system allows you to start tasks immediately from your mobile devices.
